Clicks club points

my points were used to purchase goods at Clicks Carnival Mall during the third week of May (Midweek) around 14H00 while I was at work. I have consulted with Clicks Carnival Mall on several occasions for the matter to be investigated. The last feedback I got a week ago was that my points will be reversed, since then there is no communication from clicks side and no points are returned into my card.<br>
