Clicks club card points not being credited to my card when making petrol purchases at engene garage

I am so disappointed, I have stopped using other filling stations with the intention of building up my pints through engene , I give them my Clubcard on every purchase. I purchase more than 4000 petrol every month, but I am so shocked to see that I have not even received a single point for those purchases. So how does this reward card help me? It's so discouraging honestly
