CLICKS CLUB CARD *******

I have been using my Clicks Clubcard to engender points by only using Engen Garages to buy petrol. From 21 January 2026 to date I have spent in the region of R1800.00.

Upon checking my points, I was told that by spending R1200.00 (time period they advised me, I was awarded R8.50!!

I find this absolutely ludicrous as in the past when obtaining medicine and buying some items at Clicks, I have received much for these small amounts that the R1200 I have currently spent.

I am not at all happy with this and think that this is an absolute rip-off. Has anyone else had the same problem? If I had not been actively using my card at the Engen garages up to and including 10 March 2026, I would not have seen this ludicrous amount.

Has anyone else found this to be the case? I would not have even checked the points other than starting this exercise.

I am absolutely furious and will not be using the card again.
