Clicks Closed during loadshedding

I went to Riversdale in the southern cape, the clicks there despite having a generator in the complex on the 04/07/2022 just closed its doors due to load shedding.. The spar in the same building was operating and so was tops.. Why do they close during loadshedding? A big company like this should be able to make a plan or maybe they make so much money they dont need customers for half the day.. not impressed
