Clicks clinic Woodlands Mall pathetic service

The Service at Clicks Clinic at Woodlands Mall is pathetic. The nurse there does not have customer service etiquette and extremely rude. It started off by being a little bit late on the appointment and we were not served. We understood. Later we were bombarded with reminders of the immunization of the baby several times of which the baby was taken there. It turned out that all the reminders were false and the baby was not supposed to be taken there. My wife never got an apology from the nurse. It took me to call her and demanded an apology. Today, we have discovered that the baby was supposed to have gone yesterday, no reminder in the form of an sms was sent. This means that the reminder was removed off the system. Pathetic service to say the least
