Clicks clinic westgate mall terrible service

Clicks clinic service at westgate mall is putrid. After making a clinic booking a month in advance for baby immunization services. I called the day before the appointment to make sure they have w check stock for the 6 month immunization. I called from 9 am to 5 pm. Either no answer or I get told the sister is busy. Left my name and number still nothing. The day of the appointment I get there the sister tells me she tried calling me after 5pm but I did not answer. I told her I got no call and even said I can show her my call log. And she insisted she called. I said she must have dialed the wrong number. Anyway she tells me they only do 10 kids for the day so I will have to come back another time. This BS when making the booking there was no fine print stating this. I took off from work to take my child to receive terrible service. And to top it all the sister has a terrible attitude. It really was a terrible service. I definitely would not go back to any clicks clinic
