Clicks clinic nurses - Left me with an unprofessional and unhygienic impression

This is a review of my experience at two separate Clicks pharmacies in December 2019. I was making use of the Clicks pharmacy clinic nurse for the purpose of b12 injections. The first clinic was at a Clicks in the Atlantic Seaboard area where a young nurse did not take the time to warm up the b12 ampule before injecting the contents into me which resulted in severe pain (I've had b12 injections in the past and knew this level of pain was not normal). I also found the nurse seemed disinterested in performing her duties and came across as unprofessional. For my next scheduled injection, I tried a Clicks pharmacy in the Northern Suburbs. I asked the nurse there if I could warm up the ampule before the injection, explaining to her what happened at the other Clicks pharmacy. This time the injection was not unusually painful (because I warmed it in my hands) but for some reason when she finished injecting, I bled a fair amount (not sure if she maybe didn't inject it in the right area?) and she did not have anything ready for me to cover the ***** point with to stop the bleeding. My blood got all over my blouse and me. She finally found a cottonball which I put on myself to stop the bleeding but when I inspected the cottonball I noticed it had a dead insect on it that resembled a baby roach. I showed it to her and asked her for a new cottonball. I had to ask her for something to clean all the blood off of me (she did not offer). She took what seemed another 5 minutes just to find what was left of a small old roll of tape to secure the cottonball against my skin, but she was trying to unravel it with her finger nails without success. I noticed how dirty her finger nails were and I then took the roll of tape and managed to get a piece off with my nails. When I inspected her workspace inside the clinic room, it was untidy. She had also told me before injecting me that she doesn't use the sink tap because the shopping center only had grey water running through it. She did use the alcohol rub handwash, but I still did not feel like the environment nor her method of administering the injection was hygienic. I felt sorry for her because she was old and said she was feeling faint complaining that her office is stuffy because the aircon didn't work. I just wish that she had complained to her management, rather than to me. Since then I have been to another pharmacy where I received professional service completely different to that of my two experiences at Clicks. I will not be making use of the Clicks Pharmacy clinics again for this purpose.
