Clicks Clinic booking dissapointing mess don't bother

I booked a slot at the Clicks San Ridge Square Clinic for a vaccination. My understanding being that booking a time slot days ahead would avoid issues of stock not being available because if I am booking then surely they would keep stock aside for bookings, turns out no, bookings are not honored nor is there any guarantee that you would be helped.

I turned up for my slot and was told to stand in the self medication queue to buy the vaccination, then queue again to pay and finally go to the clinic to get it injected.

When I questioned the extreme inefficiency of this system and that it makes booking pointless as I can make a booking weeks ahead of time and then be told at self medication that there is no stock, was simply told this is the way it's done. If this is the way it's done at Clicks then I will go elsewhere.

Well your service is horrible and your staff care little customers. Your booking system makes no sense and is completely pointless. I will not be using the clinic services ever again, will be going to Dischem from now on.
