Clicks Clinic Bayside Mall

I had an appointment at the clinic for a vaccination. I arrived there 10mins before my app and I sat down and waited for the nurse as the door was closed . When it was time for my appointment the door was still closed and I could hear that they are with a patient and I just waited for another 15min and still nothing and more people were coming to sit by the clinic section so I decided to knock and I was told to come in and the nurse did not look very friendly as I greeted and told her I was her 14:30 patient and she told me she’s busy .. I closed the door and sat down and after a few mins the patient came out and I was called in and she asked what I was there to do .. After waiting for sooo long I was told to go to the pharmacy to go get the injection , she didn’t offer to go there herself as she wouldn’t have to grab a ticket and wait in the queue.. What made me angry was how she looked like she was bored and annoyed by me so therefore I told her I won’t be going to the pharmacy and I’ll leave and she just said okay .

As health care workers please be more empathetic and smile more it’s really not that hard .. I always get the best service at Clicks Table Bay Mall and I have never been told to go get the meds that are supposed to be administered by the nurse myself , the nurse would go get the meds and carry on with the procedure .. I’m really disappointed by Clicks Bayside Mall
