Clicks **** client

I ordered a facial product a month ago online, only after receiving my order I learnt that these 2 items were missing. Then I called them to find out why these items were missing when I paid for them. Only then they told me the items were not in stock when they were packing my however they can refund me. They didn't even have a decency to call me after such inconvenience but just sent me a mail. Then I rep**** and told them I don't want a refund, I want the items that I ordered and that they can send them to me as soon as stock is available. It's been a whole month and I have not received the it's nor get any feedback from Clicks. I am disgusted by their service
