Clicks "Click & Collect" (In-Store) 1 - 3 days failure

On 15 August 2026 and to date, 21 August 2026 (almost a week later) I have not received my parcel. Their website claims you take 1 - 3 days for your "Click & Collect (in-store)" but clearly this is taking a ****.

I was at the store I selected on 18 August 2026 and they couldn't see anything on the system and insisted I wait on the SMS. Well guess what?... I got no SMS!
