CLICKS CLICK AND WAIT

I placed a CLICK AND COLLECT order with clicks on the 27 of June, 3 days later im stil waiting. I had to pay a R30 DELIVERY FEE for me to collect it. How does that work. Also PARGO is the courier. Tracking says order being prepared by clicks. So are you telling me... PARGO needs to collect my parcel at clicks to give it to clicks when my items said in stock when i bought it. This is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and snail mail is faster
