Clicks - Click and Collect-- we cannot deliver!!

Order online on ********** 9 nefore 2PM a product, and selected Speed delivery that would deliver the item to my selected Clicks within 24 hours. On monday ********** 3, 4 days later, still no product and all teh Heldline can say is taht it is out on delivery.. already since Friday ********** 9!!! Bad Bad service!!!
