Clicks click - and- collect sucks!

Clicks online click - and - collect. I am very disappointed in Clicks online click-and-collect option, it is taking more than a week to deliver my purchase. The tracking is not efficient at all, and the fact that it has to be couriered from JHB is also not efficient. Worst service ever, they should not promise a 1-3 day delivery time if it is going to take 9days +
