Clicks Click and Collect rather Click and Wait 1-3 days for Delivery

I just had the worst experience with Clicks, According to their website it is Click and Collect, but i did the online purchase received a order confirmation with the little details that are given once the order is placed, at lunchtime i go to clicks to collect only to be told that the item needs to be shipped from their warehouse 1-3 days, they have enough stock on the shelf to fulfill my order but no they are waiting on stock from the warehouse, if they did not miss advertise on the website i would just as well gone to the shop to buy it, but no i thought i would skip the queue and try their click and collect, after speaking to management and telling them i want my money back so i can buy the items from the shelf, i was refered to customer support, where i was told that they can only log a request for the correct department to phone me back, after half a day of waiting with no one contacting me, i phoned again only to be told that they are still processing and i must wait for a call from their online department, they cannot tranfer me to this department all i can do is wait, Shame on you Clicks for miss communication and adverti*****t, please make sure that you state that you cannot collect stock from shop, you need to wait for the warehouse to send it.
