Clicks Click and Collect order still not fulfilled

I placed an order on the 1st April for a click and collect basket at Clicks. Today is the 13th April and I have received nothing yet. I have called in twice and no proper feedback has been given to me with regards to my order. This is unacceptable service really and I would rather recommend going into the store than using their online services. It advertises delivery in 1 to 3 days yet we are going into the middle of the month and I still have nothing. Disappointing to say the least.
