Clicks Clearwater mall vaccination capture issues

My wife and I had our vaccine on the 19th of July 2021. We have after many attempts. Tried to get our EVDS numbers had no success. I went today to have this corrected. We were not even captured on the system. They promised this has been done while I was waiting for them. This has not happened. A friend whose works with this checked on the system confirming that thus was not done. I WILL BE GOING TO clicks Clearwater mall tomorrow. Will be there when they open. I will see the manager in private first. Should this be left Un resolved in private I will publicly announce the poor service to all in line for the vaccine.
