Clicks Chronic Meds Delivery Service

This relates to Clicks Reservoir Hills, Westwood and Westville Mall. I registered for the chronic meds delivery service over 9 months ago. For the first 3 months, the service worked well from the Westwood store. Then it moved to Westville after the looting in July 2021, and since then, I have not been receiving my medication. This is chronic medication that I have to receive by a certain date each month, and Clicks never contacts me about delivery anymore. I have to call the store each time and arrange for delivery. Westville refuses to assist because the Reservoir Hills store is closer. Yesterday I was told that the Reservoir Hills store only had locums available and nobody could access the system to arrange delivery of my medication. This is absolutely negligent, unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Do not offer a service for marketing purposes but then fail to actually deliver. Going forward, I will register my script at a RELIABLE local pharmacy and encourage others in the community to do the same, because this huge corporate clearly has no understanding of what service entails.
