CLICKS CHRISTMAS BROCHURE A COMPLETE FARCE

The Clicks Christmas brochure is an absolute farce!! I went through it - selected what I wanted to order online - and started with a complete blank. Phoned the customer line and was told that not all items are available online. So I asked how we, the customer, were supposed to know what was available where because it says: 'Shop our widest range of festive gifts online or on the Clicks app'. 'Not all products are available in all stores'. So if I can't find them online and they're not available in all stores, please could you let me know where to find them!!! This is hugely frustrating and a complete waste of time but clearly a 'ghost' marketing approach from Clicks. Get into the spirit of the season, Clicks, and stop playing games with your customers!!!
