Clicks Chris Hani shopping Centre is bull****ting people

I've never been so disappointed ever ,@ click chris hani mall in katlehong I was visiting a friend decided to buy a couple of thing then I paid with my card they debited me twice and promised it will be reversed back to my account in 2hours that was on Sunday 01/03/2020 today is 08/03/2020 I still don't have my money back ,I have to drive all the way from Soweto to katlehong because other clicks stores can't fix this mess what kind of sick joke are they playing ? Is this how yall treat customers? Nobody could help me when I called .. Casher name Zodidi
