Clicks I booked online for a covid vaccine and flu vaccinations for my family of four. Received sms and email confirmation for today. Arrive at Chilli lane to find out - no clinic sister on duty. There were other waiting customers who were not informed that there is no sister on duty. The staff on duty were very unhelpful. Luanda - the person in charge could not call the store manager as he had lost his cell phone, nor was the area or divisional manager available.
