Clicks Centurion : Leadership by example + Excellent Customer Care !

I would like to thank the manager Thabiso and his assistant Zoe.

I purchased EAD lotion on a 3 for 2 : 2 big ones, 1 small one, I had assumed that the big ones were sold out due to the promotion, however the manager had taken it upon himself to go to the back and get a box, unpackage it and get me a bigger one - I have never seen leadership by example like that !

Zoe was also nice enough to ask if she should reverse the bag, my mum just walked into store with other bags at that point when we were about to conclude the sale, I told Zoe not to worry about it ...

I will definitely be back at Clicks in Centurion, very grateful for such a positive experience !
