Consumers ought to be aware that if they purchase the appliance brand, Kambrook, which seems to be exclusively marketed by Clicks stores, that they may encounter difficulties in sourcing spare parts for the appliance if the need arises. My microwave oven plate broke and no spare parts were available. However, Clicks customer care very kindly sourced me a generic plate that works fine, and they did not charge me for it. Well done to them for good customer care!
