Clicks Cavendish Glen

It is with great sadness that I am pushed to the point of having to complain about the service received from Clicks Cavendish Glen. My Mom a pensioner went to clicks this morning to collect her script and to also buy a box of Mybulen, I gave my mom my clicks card and asked her if she could please get me a box of Adcodol pain killers. The pharmacist Janlie immediately told my Mom that she cannot give her two sets of pain killers, without even taking my card as the Adcodol is for me and not my mother. I find this totally unexceptable as this makes my mother look like someone who abuses pain medication, while Mybulen is a anti inflammatory which she needs as she has serious back problems and have undergone 6 back operations. I need Adcodol for headaches as I am under immense stress due to being retrenched and I am also limited to what I can use as I myself have problems with my colon and digestive system, and also suffer from severe back injuries. I am disappointed as Janlie didn't even try to assist in any way and I will not take my next script to clicks due to the service received. This was not the first incident with Janlie, she has no empathy and she has done the same with my sister. This is very frustrating, this clicks is the closest chemist to us and being unemployed makes it difficult for more than one person to drive up and down to try and get medication. Seriously poor service from a very unfriendly pharmacist.
