Clicks causing depression

My medical aid needs me to go to clicks for my medication. So my Wife went to our closest Clicks which is Cape Gate. January my wife dropped off both our scripts and since my meds was not due didn't know there was an issue. The I went to collect my meds they told me I must get another script since mine was not valid. I was helped though this continued till today 04.05.2024 when my wife went to pick up her medication being told again that she needs a new script. The medication my wife needs is for depression and we followed the rules now she is without meds because of your staff incompetence. Sies Clicks playing with peoples lives.
