Clicks cashiers and Pharmacy

Hello. Since when is it alright for a cashier to help look for a CUSTOMERS clubcard in the CUSTOMERS wallet? Which for a fact I realised I actually forgot at home. The cashier even pointed out the two Pick&Pay smart shopper cards I had in my wallet had to show it for the cashier to see that it wasn't a clicks card. Also this stupid number/SMS system is pointless. Almost closing time a cue and only 1 pharmacist on duty... What's the point? Really? Like the staff at working for Clicks there are people who come to support Clicks also have jobs/employment. Not happy at all.
