Clicks cashback points

Its been over 2months that i have cashbacks on my clicks card and each time i buy at clicks at the samlam centre i cant use it because each time they tell me they have to update the software and the system. Come on guys it guys it doesnt take over 2 monts to do that it takes 2 days. Please look into it.
