Clicks cashback gimmick

My wife had a card and through purchases accumulated about R40 odd rand. The card got lost and I took out a new one on my name and we requested a transfer of the money and they agreed. To date over a year later this has not happened. Many emails to clicks and we have no luck. They are damn useless.
