Clicks Cashback *****

23 July I received an sms informing me I had an amount of R145.11 cashback on my Clicks card. On the 25th I purchased some items at Clicks Market Square Plettenberg Bay, my go-to store when in Plett. I have been here since April 2022. At the till I was told there was only R5 cashback. I contacted Click customer support and they confirmed it. They told me there were 3 other cards linked to my name, on the 25th airtime was bought for R60 and again the next day R80 at Click, Valley centre, Craighall, Johannesburg. Interestingly WHEN I am in Johannesburg where I was last in March this year this is my go-to Clicks branch. It is very clear that ***** is being committed at this branch, I’m sure that I am not alone. I urge Clicks to investigate this urgently before I take this further. The false 3 cards have been blocked but I want my money back!!!!!
