Clicks Carlton center has the bad service they should come up with another way to make customers have a good service.
So I went to the make up section and from that lady she had an attitude and I asked her to help me find a brow liner she didn’t even bother herself to look for it and she said we don’t have it here I asked her I saw it at maponya mall um sure u have it she said no it’s not here ... what bothers me is that there are five brands ther and she looked at one brand and said no we don’t have it .... fine I look for myself and it took me like 20 minutes in the make up section looking for it and finally I get it and when I was about to leave and pay for it she stops me like um some kind of ***** and says “ u must leave it with me and pay for it first then come and fetch it “ being a polite person that I am I understand but felt irritated honestly but then I went to the counter told the lady there that I bought a Rimmel brow refiner and She leaves her workstation to the makeup section. I thought she was going to the lady at the reception to ask for it but no she was actually going ther to look for it and she just took anything she found there from rimmel brand and I was surprised the price was R109 but the one I took was R99 but then because I am so polite I just paid thinking maybe I saw a wrong price... I didn’t look at it because I thought they know what they are doing... another bad service the same lady at the counter asks if I have a clicks card and I said um not sure but then I looked at my purse to find that I actually have it then she said I asked you and u said u didn’t have it and um already done... again being the polite person that I am I said no it’s fine but the lady who was there not sure if she is the manager or something reprimanded the lady at counter and the security there was lovely. So when I get home I’m so eager to use it only to find that it’s a waterproof eye definer... the time I spent at clicks the attitude I got and the money I spent for what?
