Clicks Capegate Mall Pharmacy Bad service

In June 2019 I was assisted by a lady. As a result my prescription stayed at the cape gate mall branch. I asked to send the prescription to my medical aid but they told me it can only happen on weekdays. Tomorrow is a week day but ok, I asked my prescription back. I have been standing 2 hours because they can't find it. I said give my prescription my child has asthma and 2 assistants started laughing. I told them their service is poor. The person that gave the poorest service is Lerato ntobeng, she has no customer service s****s. She is the pharmacist on duty but says to me it's not her job. She walked out in the middle of the conversation and said she is not dealing with this. I am in total disgust with the ****ty service at clicks after more the 20 years of being a loyal client.
