Clicks cape gate

So on Friday 25 October 2019 I was at clicks pharmacy cape gate and as we know the new system gives us numbers and we patiently have to wait to be helped next. So here I was almost waiting for half an hour toe be helped. My number was S307, another lady comes she was long after me in the queue her number was S313 as soon as she got a chance she took it and went over to the pharmacist and explained her story, I'm sorry but I'm very confused as to why you have a numbering system in the 1st place then I feel we can all just walk up to one of them and explain our story, this is unfair the lady made period pain an emergency while my husband had a swollen eye and throat due to an allergic reaction clicks pharmacy cape gate is pathetic you just lost a customer in me I'd much rather go to dischem.
