Clicks can’t provide an invoice

I am highly disappointed that Clicks is not able to generate a simple invoice with information required by Discovery to process a claim. No efforts are taken to try find assistance from above office or other clinics. I want to claim my cash back before 4 months lapse and my claim is deem invalid. This can be resolved quickly if there is a will.
