Shocking experience at Blue Route. They phone me confirm they are going to replace a Gillette razor.

When I get there they offer me a gifr card for R195. Less than 50 % of cost of a new one. Tried to phone them 7 times after 9 today--no answer. Phoned Head Office What a joke--they just cut me off. Don't deserve to be in business. Paul
