Clicks can't calculated discount.

I went into the store in Nigel on Saturday, 31 October 2015. Purchased some items which qualify for discount under their Clicks Baby club of which we are members. Upon paying, I checked my slip to find that the discount was not given on certain of the items. Upon enquiring the cashiers argued that it was, then the manager came. <br> <br> The items in question cost R185 which the 10% discount amounted to R18.50. They only gave me discount on the items costing R125 and discount of R12.50. I tried to explain this to the manager, but he said Head Office programs the system. He also then insisted that the second line on the slip of discount R12.50 was 10% on the item costing R185. <br> <br> I bought two of each items costing R125 and R185. The discount on slip was R12.50 and R12.50. Upon trying to explain that 10% of R185 is R18.50 for about 5 minutes, I decided it would not help to argue further and left it at that. <br> <br> There were other customers also complaining about specials being treated incorrectly between the advertised prices on the shelf and the price at till. Their complaints were also disregarded by the manager and cashiers.
