Clicks can keep the refund money!!

I made a payment by bank card for goods at Clicks Mall of the north in Polokwane Limpopo on 18 November. I was told that the payment did not go through although I insisted that I got an SMS confirming that money was out of my account and balance is reduced. I had to pay for the second time and was told that one transaction will be reversed within 24 hours.

It has now been 192 hours and no reversal from clicks. I enquired and am told that head office says they cannot see the transaction. How??

I then spoke to my banker who indicated that the money is indeed out of my bank account and waiting for authorization from Clicks.

No positive response from clicks. Being devastated is an understatement.

I find this very unfair as I was on my last cash for the month and have to struggle due to an error from Clicks which was beyond my control.

I have accepted not getting a refund back. I decided that Clicks is a no go area for me and my family anymore. I will be recruiting friends as well to stop shopping there.
