CLICKS CALTON CENTRE worst service ever

clicks calton centre is the worst when it comes to telephone answering, why do they have telephones lines if they are unable to answer

been calling since yesterday to follow up on my chronic medication as i have not recieved the sms to collect and im out already its either they answer and drop the call or they answer and transfer you to some one who will also drop the call as soon as it goes through or the numbers just ring to no avail..im even regretting the fact that i opted to collect my medication from them, worst service ever...i guess one needs to die first before they can attend to us
