Clicks Bryanston HORRIBLE service

I was waiting in line, the open counter was open I went up to Benjamin at the self medication counter at clicks Bryanston. I asked for my medication. He didn't respond I waited and waited then I asked him is he Gona serve me or not he said I must sit down he'll call me, so I went to the counter next to him and then he served the lady that was behind me. My time was wasted, by waiting for him. He didn't have the courtesy or the decency to tell he is busy or not. I don't know what his issue is. I'm not sure if he was ****** or ****phobic.

Very disappointed that such ************** and abuse of customers goes unnoticed.
