CLICKS BROOKLYN JUNCTION POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ***********

Clicks Brooklyn junction has serous poor customer service to add on that very ***********. I went to the store on the 16th of March made a bulk order of 133 spf50 lotions and 133 peaceful sleep room spray 300ml. I was advised to pay for my product and told it will be available in 3days ... today is the 31st I still don't have my product I'm told the product is in store I go to collect but the is nothing in the store for me. ... I call the floor manager and the store manager who' were assisting me they don't answer my calls....no one in the store is able to help .... This situation has affected me so much because I was supposed to deliver the orders last week Tuesday to beitbridge border post for a client..I made an exception to give time for my order to arrive on Monday as I was promised by the store manager only to get there and she's not attending to me...next thing she's not in the store... I want Clicks to acknowledge they have done me wrong, caused me immortal distress and anxiety... I want this matter to be dealt with accordingly I have prove of communication and phone call records of manager promising and telling me the product is in store only to find nothing and my calls being ignored.
