Clicks Broadacres lack of customer service

I am currently living in Nquthu in KwaZulu-Natal and today (26 May 2024) I received a notification from my bank saying that I made a purchase of R1 321.94 at Clicks Broadacres which when I googled I found out that it is in Sandton, a place I have never been to. I googled their number and called Clicks Broadacres letting them know of the notification and they said they can't help me, they couldn't even bother to check that transaction for me which was so frastrating for me. I am currently using FNB, I canceled my card however, I was hoping they could've tried their best as well to assist me in any way there could possible be. I am so disappointed especially to the management because the guy who picked up the phone asked me to hold so he can get advice from the management only to be told that there's nothing they can do.
