It's been a while since this wonderful service happened. I bought few items but forgot to take out my Club card at the till. I then nicely ask to return everything as I desperately needed to accumulate my points, the guy teller called his manager and my request was adhered to. Awesome right? There was an issue with one item that could not capture on the system when returning it, probably because it was on sale. The store manager then gave me chocolates as compensation. Double awesome. Talk about royal customer treatment :).
