Clicks Brigh****er Commons Ferndale on Republic

I have received THE worst service from CLICKS Ferndale on Republic dispensary lately. I have been treated like a second class citizen and humiliated by their staff and the dispensary manager on 4 occasions since the end of last year. The encounters varied from being sent back to the back of the queue, to them losing a script, and then dispensing the wrong medications upon which I was told "Just pay it. It's 'only' R28. " I unceremoniously told them that I waa taking my business away and was going to take it to Dischem. The next month I was unable to get my medications at Dischem as Clicks dispensed them and blocked them from going through at Dischem. Clicks Ferndale on Republic dispensary has become a circus with enough individuals behind the counter to fill the tent. Unfortunately, despite the fantastic service and assistance I've always received from Jean and her staff at the shop front, I can not justify contributing to the slack dispensary staff's salaries by supporting Clicks anywhere.
