clicks branded products not to be trusted, beware.

I purchased two packets of adult nappies at R245 each and I used the first packet and it leaked right through the nappy which I opened the second pack as i thought it was a factory fault but it still did the same thing. My problem is I had to purchased a different brand which was way better than the clicks brand and I have nappies from "the clicks brand" that I cannot use because if I do I have to change sheets now and then . I laid a complaint a while ago and I havnt been answered. I want my money back or give me proper ones that work if its a factory fault but its not fair for me to spend this much money on products that do not work as the adult slip on are not exactly cheap. You can take them back for all I care but please refund me or give me proper ones that work .

I am so disappointed and infuriated by clicks I did not expect such mediocracy from u guys and Im shocked by the lack of service.
