Clicks brand snacks possibly not halaal.

Clicks has there own brand package products for example the smartbite brand. I called the number on the clicks card 2 x to enquire if this product is halaal - Nobody has gotten back to me to date. "They say they need to pay to have a halaal stamp" so why don't they do that after it passes halaal certification!
