CLICKS BRAND KIMBIES OPENED AND HAVE GLUE

Good Day<br> <br> I have purchased the clicks brand kimbies on 20 or 21 April 2015. As we use the kimbies we realised that the last row kimbies is open and some of them has still glue on and we cant open it or if we open then it tear. I would like to know for the money im paying buying products from you and get a results of kimbies that is in that condition. From a retail store as clicks this batch of kimbies suppose not to be sold to consumers. I don't have the slip but have the barcode number. ***. This is not fair for a consumer to return something because all factors must be considered for e.g time waisting. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible with the damage goods you have sold to me and the work you have caused of the unnessary dirty cloths cause by your clicks kimbies
