CLICKS, BRACKENHURST - TOTALLY INEFFICIENT

I refer to countless problems encountered with your Clicks Pharmacy in Brackenhurst, Alberton (telephone number ********** ). It is now beyond ridiculous, inefficient and totally lacking in management of any description!

Several months ago, we removed our prescriptions, BOTH CHRONIC and normal, from Dischem (obviously a terrible mistake) and took them to Clicks, Brackenhurst. They made countless promises to be efficient and yet, they still DO NOT get ANYTHING right! We have to BEG for chronic medication to be ready and it never is or has been. Countless times we have to phone to request just one month’s supply and every month WITHOUT FAIL they do not have the script ready nor do we receive any notification and nor do they fill the script!

We are now MORE THAN DISGUSTED with the lack of service received from Clicks. My husband is still without his chronic medication and it’s the 12th of the month! He’s already phoned three times this month!!!!!!!!!!! This script is supposed to be filled on the 1ST OF EVERY MONTH NOT WHEN IT SUITS CLICKS TO DECIDE WHEN IT WILL BE READY!!!! Obviously, the fact that we run out of CHRONIC MEDICATION is just fine by Clicks! It’s a case of “who cares, it’s your health, not ours”! Pathetic to say the least. They’re now 12 days overdue so what will it be next month – 24??!!!

Your pharmacy lacks any form of efficiency, management and care. We shall be removing the script from Clicks with immediate effect and this will be posted on the internet.

Kindly ensure that this email is passed on to your CEO or whoever happens to be the head of Clicks!

Since writing this, we finally received the chronic medication after yet another phone call on the afternoon of the 13th! PATHETIC.
