Clicks Boulders Mall

Being a business owner myself I take writing a negative comment on a platform like this quite seriously and wouldn't have proceeded to do so if I was not so ****ed of at the staff in Clicks (Boulders Mall). The staff in this branch need to be educated on the laws of Covid 19. Today myself, my husband and my 23 MONTH OLD twins attempted to enter the store as I was in desperate need of rescue drops for my babies as well as other essential items as they are both teething. We attempted to enter and was told we couldnt because our babies didn't have facemasks on. Mind you, these are 23 month old teething babies who can't keep a simple pair of sock on their feet nor a hat on their head or even a blanket on their body at night but we are expected to forcefully cover their faces with a choking hazard just so we can come into a store that we require essential items from. You then propose that my husband stand outside with two sick babies while I go in and fetch the items! SERIOUSLY! Just so you know I then went to three other shops including a pharmacy and supermarket in the mall who had no issue with me entering with my babies to get what I needed for them! I am absolutely ****ed that this happened with a store that I supported and adored over any other shop. You can advise your staff that we will not be bothering them or interrupting their ever so important "door meetings" again as their ignorance and attitudes completely put me off from shopping there again.
