Clicks Boitumelo Junction Welkom, horrible service experience from Thabang

I received a Kambrook kettle as a Christmas gift on the 24th December, which a friend of mine bought on the 17th December. When I used the item on the 25th I noticed it had a leak underneath. On the 27th I went to Clicks Boitumelo Junction to request for an exchange, was assisted by Thabang, who rudely informed me that the kettle is working and even went to an extent if calling the other guy who was assisting on floor to come observe, they both mentioned the kettle has no leaks, which I asked why would I return an item that was bought on the 17th,ask for an exchange but get a stinky attitude from Thabang and his colleague. Cherry on top, they both left me there without any explanation. Thanks to Leslie who came to assist otherwise I would have stood there till Jesus comes
