Clicks Blueroute disgusting service

Went to go buy some sanitary towels for my wife and daughter. I requested the staff to assist spesifically stating continuously I wanted an UNSCENTED product. I was given a product of which I took 6 packs.

I then bought my wife a bottle of Issey Miyake (100ml). Before purchasing, I was told by an assistant that a 25% discount applies and will be activated when I swipe the product at the till.

To my surprise when the product was swiped at the till someone appeared and said that the product was already marked down and that no discount applies (with a big sign stating - 25% discount). I furiously enquired as to how I can be communicated the incorrect information which informed my shopping choice.

Well, well, this morning I must take my wife to the doctor (R600), because she got an infection because I was given SCENTED PADS.....

CLICKS BLUEROUTE MALL, I regret driving 15km to your store to receive gutter advices/ miscommunicationsfrom your staff on two important products in less than 30mins. It's unbelievable.....

Must I drive another 15km just for a refund on 5 packs of SCENTED SANITARY PADS.... really now? The effort I must put in to start my car, sit in traffic and waste petrol due to the inadequacies of your staff?

No man, it's disgusting.....
