Clicks Birch Arches is Horrible

The Clicks pharmacy is Tembisa Birch Acres is by far not living up to the clicks Standard. I had an emergency & called for service on the 04 August 2023. Not only did the Gentleman who answered the phone took all my details (including ID number) promised to call me back. The lady who answered the call the second time when the first person fail to filfull their promise to call back, she also took down my details & never called me back!

I genuinely am upset & refuse to believe that the service I received was clicks standard.

The last time I had to write this I was complaining about their appearance (no name badges, some not even wearing uniform) that complaint was never responded. Hopefully this will be treated with the utmost respect & taken seriously.
